Repairers

If you're a capable carpenter, builder or handyman (or woman) who lives near the coast and has some spare time, you could be kept busy maintaining beach huts.

In most locations, it's a cost-conscious activity with few time pressures - so it's ideal for retired craftspeople. But if you're a professional, you might still find the right work at the right price - and of course, semi-residential beach chalets probably call for that professional touch.

We expect high value areas like Southwold, Frinton and Whitstable may support professionals, while 'cheaper and cheerful' places like Sutton-on-Sea might be better for retired or part time repairers.

beach-huts.co.uk will not become involved in your transactions, but we do seek to ensure some degree of competence and reliability in those who register.

There is an annual registration fee for this service of £45, payable to beach-huts.co.uk, to be sent to our P.O box address before your entry can appear.

If you're interested, please fill in the Enquiry Form on the contact page. We will not publish any information without your authority, so please include the complete and precise wording you'd like for your entry.

If you can send a full face photograph of yourself in a jpeg or gif file, it would help for authentication purposes. This would have to be sent separately, attached to an email sent to admin@beach-huts.co.uk with a brief explanation saying that it is accompanying an Enquiry Form submission.
